Learn how to change your Ace Public Cloud portal password step-by-step.  

a. Forgotten your password: If you have forgotten your account password, follow the procedure below: 

Step 1: Proceed to the Password reset link. Or open the customer portal login link. Click on Account and select Forgot Password? 

 

Step 2: Enter your registered e-mail address and click on the Submit button.

 

Step 3: You will receive a link to reset your password on your registered e-mail address. Henceforth, you can create a new secure password for your account 

b. Change current password: To change your existing password, follow the steps below: 

Step 1: Log into your customer account. 

Step 2: Navigate to your profile and choose Change Password.

 

Step 3: Enter the new password along with the current password and click the Save Changes button to update it.
