MaxMind Error occurs in the case when the billing address provided does not match the IP address from where the transaction is being made. To solve this problem, follow the below steps:


Step 1: Login to your account.


Step 2: Click on your profile.


Step 3: Navigate to Account Details.


Step 4: Scroll down to Billing Address.


Step 5: Change your billing address to your current IP address, scroll down, and click on Save Changes.

Note: You might get an error as shown below screenshot.

Step 6: Now try again with the payment.
