To complete your KYC, follow the below steps:

Step 1: Login to your account.

Step 2: On the My Dashboard page, go to your profile.

Step 3: Click on Your Profile.

Step 4: Under User Verification, select Submit Documents.

Step 5: Read the instructions and click on Accept and Start. (Your credit card and a government-issued photo ID are required.)

Click here to see the valid documents for KYC.

Step 6: Click on Start Now.

Step 7: Click on Take a Picture and then Confirm & Next.

Step 8: Take back and front pictures of your government ID and click on Confirm & Next. (Please note that your ID card should be in English.)

Step 9: Show the front side of your card and click on Take a Picture. Please note that you need to hide your CVV and other critical information while taking the picture.

Note: Once your documents are verified, you will receive a mail with the confirmation.
