Let's see how we can create an instance with the snapshot image:
Step 1: Login with your username and password.
Step 2: Navigate to Volumes on the left navigation panel and click on Snapshots.
Step 3: Select your snapshot and click on the drop-down.

Step 4: Choose Launch as Instance from the list.
Step 5: Specify the Instance Name and click on Next.

Step 6: There is no need to select a snapshot in the source section. Your snapshot will allocate automatically.
Step 7: Fill in all the required details like Flavour, Networks, Security Groups, and Key Pair. You must use the same key pair used in the instance whose snapshot image you are currently utilizing to create an instance, same with the credentials. Click on Launch Instance.
Note: After clicking Launch Instance, your instance will launch successfully using the snapshot image.
